BUYING TICKETS ONLINE | FAQS

Tickets for the upcoming Ladbrokes Premiership game away to Rangers will be sold online and via the call centre only, with no sales directly from the Hibernian Ticket Office.

For those looking to purchase online, please see the below information to help with the process. If you are purchasing over the phone, please call 0844 844 1875 and select option 1. Calls cost 7p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge.

Ahead of the tickets going on sale we advise all supporters to ensure their details are correct and up-to-date to ensure there are no issues on the day of sale.

As noted in the ticket information story, tickets are limited to one per Season Ticket Holder and four per transaction.

Activate Online Account

If you have an online account currently set up, please ensure that when you log in to your account that the membership number shown is the same as that on your Season Ticket.

If these do not match then you have created a new account instead of activating your Season Ticket account. Signing in to any other account will not give you the correct privileges to purchase tickets.  

To activate your Season Ticket account with the correct client reference number, you should click HEREclick on “Activate Your Account” enter your client reference number and surname then click “Find My Account”. Your details will appear and from here you can enter the email address and password you want to use to access your account.  You can find your client reference number on your season ticket card.

Adding to Your Network

Season ticket holders will be able to purchase one ticket per client reference number. If you are looking to purchase tickets for a group you can do so by adding other season ticket holders to your online network.

Once logged in, click on My Account and then Network. Select Add Members and search for Existing Member using their client reference number and surname and conduct the search. Once you have selected the member you wish to add to your network, click on ‘Add Member’ to complete the process.

Please note there will be a limit of four tickets per transaction for the fixture against Heart of Midlothian.

Updating your Personal Details

You can also update your personal details, including your home address, e-mail and telephone number by logging in and selecting 'Update Details' within the My Account section.

How do I buy tickets online?

To purchase tickets online, please sign into e-ticketing by clicking HERE, click on the game you wish to attend, choose your seat and click ‘Add to Basket’.

Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to finalise the payment of your tickets.

The tickets will not be listed online until 12pm on Friday 2 August, at which point the website will automatically refresh. If you are on our e-ticketing site at this time, please note that this may reset the online queue as a result of the refresh to list the fixture.
