Development Squad midfielder Innes Murray completed a deadline-day loan move to Airdrie.
The 21-year-old has featured regularly for our second-string in their specially-arranged games programme, but will now have exposure to regular first-team football under former Hibees captain Ian Murray.
Innes said: “I’m delighted to get the move sorted and excited to get started.
“It’s a great chance for me to get some competitive games under my belt.”
Sporting Director Graeme Mathie added: “We wish Innes well with his loan spell at Airdrie.
“He’s developed very well, particularly within the last year, and he is really keen to be playing regular competitive football at this stage in his career.
“The opportunity at Airdrie is great for all parties.
“It gives him experience and the challenge of playing at the top end of a division with a team hoping to achieve promotion and working under an ex-Hibee in Ian Murray will also be a good learning opportunity.
“We’d like to thank Stuart Millar, and everyone at Airdrie, for their cooperation in finalising the loan deal.”
