As season ticket sales pass the 8,000 mark, Hibernian FC today announced a further extension to its Early Bird season ticket offer, alongside an extension of the season release deadline, to provide greater flexibility to supporters while at the same time acknowledging the incredible backing so far.
Both the Early Bird offer and Seat Release deadline will now run until 5pm, Friday 3 July, with the club committing to be as flexible as possible as more detail emerges about the format and plans for the 20/21 season.
The Away Season Ticket deadline has also been extended until 5pm, Friday 3 July.
Season tickets holders still to renew their tickets for next season will be able to take advantage of an amended 8-month instalment plan with the club continuing its pledge to meet the interest costs.
Leeann Dempster, Chief Executive, said: “We have passed the 8000 season ticket mark, showing once again that our supporters, friends and community are backing Hibernian in impressive numbers, given the ongoing uncertainty as we begin look towards the challenges of next season.
“We have always acknowledged that many of our fans are facing challenges of their own and we fully understand that not everyone feels able to make their season ticket purchase right now. For those of you who have, we say once again that we are grateful for your solidarity and belief in your club.”
Leeann added: “As we continue to work our way through a number of scenarios with the SPFL, the Scottish Government and other clubs, we aim to make sure that our supporters, who have backed us so generously, will be at the forefront of our plans as the detail becomes clearer. We are all Hibs and we are in this together.”
