Ofir Marciano has been named in the Israel squad for their UEFA Nations League fixtures against Scotland and Slovakia.
Israel go head to head with the Scots at Hampden Park on September 4 before a showdown with the Slovenians three days later in Netanya.
The 30-year-old – who has 16 caps for his country and featured in five of their Euro 2020 qualifiers to establish himself as first choice goalkeeper – goes into the double-header in excellent form as part of a defensive unit that has laid the foundations for Hibernian’s strong start to the season.
Currently unbeaten and still to concede from open play, Ofir has three consecutive clean sheets from his last three games.
