John Hughes speaks exclusively to Hibernian TV (click here to subscribe to our online TV channel) from the Kyocera Stadion following the club's 2-1 friendly defeat against Ado Den Haag and highlights how important it is for his players to adapt to the challenge of overcoming European opposition.

The boss talks about how the squad are shaping up over in Netherlands and how the players are learning to retain possession against skilful Dutch opponents.

Speaking exclusively to Hibernian TV, Hughes said: "Once again, it was a great work-out for us. We are disappointed, but also inspired.

"I hope I've got a team who are honest, spirited and really want to become the best players they possibly can be.

"If that is the case then they should be in the dressing room talking about it and wanting to do something about it.

"If they can embrace that way of football then we will be better for it.

"If we can achieve that then I think we will be doing something different to a lot of other teams."
