John Hughes speaks exclusively to Hibernian TV in the aftermath of the defeat at St Mirren (to subscribe to Hibernian TV please click here) and he gives us an honest analysis of where he felt the battle was lost in Paisley plus he talks about his plans to put things right on the pitch.
Hughes said: "I felt that three, four or five of our players weren't at it. I felt we came out hoping it was going to happen. I felt we never played with enough enthusiasm, desire and passion to make it happen.
"I also felt we got out back-pocket picked a little bit by St Mirren; a ball into the box, a header and the second ball was in the back of the net.
"But we never did enough to win the game. I'm honest enough to say that we were beaten by a St Mirren side that worked harder and showed more character and that shows the problems we have in our dressing room.
"Everything you get in football you have to be prepared to earn by rolling your sleeves up. The fact was that e weren't prepared to earn it and that is a massive disappointment."
