The Hibernian (price: £3) is back and available to purchase tomorrow (Saturday) morning in the Club Store ahead of the Clydesdale Bank Scottish Premier League match against Inverness Caledonian Thistle (kick off 3pm, click here for ticket information).
The latest edition of The Hibernian contains a three-page feature on midfielder Kevin McBride, who returns to be available for selection after serving a one-match ban.
Here is an excerpt from the feature titled 'Here Comes McBride' (to read the rest get your hands on a copy of The Hibernian):
"In the hurly burly of life in the Clydesdale Bank Scottish Premier League, the ability to exude calm authority in the eye of the storm is a priceless commodity and, fortunately for Hibernian, midfielder Kevin McBride seems to have that knack in abundance.
His contribution in the middle of the pitch may not always catch the eye of Hibernian's supporters, but there is no disputing the quietly-spoken South Lanarshire man's immense all-round value.
Dispaying no pretentions to grandeur, McBride is the model modern professional; a player, who takes care of business in an unfussy, sure way.
In the heat of battle and when the game's tempo reaches breakneck speed, McBride rises to the occasion.
The 29-year-old always makes himself available to receive the next pass with his smoothness of touch and quickness of thought coming to the foreground.
A calming influence in the hectic arena of Scottish football, McBride displayed that skill-set in the second half of Hibernian's opening day triumph at Motherwell."
The Hibernian also winds back the clock for 'Total Recall' where former goalkeeper Simon Brown recollects the first-ever SPL meeting between Hibs and Inverness.
Summer signing Edwin de Graaf shares his memories in 'First for Knowledge' while the exploits of former favourite Paul Kane are remembered in 'Glorious in Green and White'.
A new-look programme for the new-look Easter Road, make sure you get your copy of The Hibernian.
