Hibernian can confirm that next Saturday's friendly fixture against English Championship side, Huddersfield Town (28 July, kick off 2pm) will have cash gates in operation.

Huddersfield secured promotion into English football's second tier with a thrilling penalty shoot-out triumph over Sheffield United and this final warm up game before the SPL gets underway promises to be an entertaining spectacle.

A familiar name will be spearheading Town's attack, Scotland internationalist Jordan Rhodes, son of former Dunfermline keeper Andy, who featured against Hibernian in the 1991 Skol Cup Final.

Former Dundee United defender Paul Dixon has recently signed for Huddersfield while ex-Falkirk duo, Scott Arfield and Murray Wallace are also expected to feature.

It will be Hibernian's solitary home friendly and your first time to see the team in green at Easter Road since that joyous win over Dunfermline Athletic back in May. So please come and welcome back Pat Fenlon's Green and White Army after their three-nation tour of Europe as we prepare for the big kick off at Tannadice.
