Congratulations to Academy duo Alex Harris and Sammy Stanton after the pair were selected for the Scotland under-19 squad to face Norway on Thursday at the Kaja Stadium, Vinstra (kick off 6.30pm).
Midfielder Stanton earned his first Scotland under-19 cap against Germany recently while Harris - nicknamed 'Boozy' because his hairstyle is similar to Guillaume Beuzelin - is called up for the first time.
A former student at Edinburgh Academy, attack-minded midfielder Harris, who turns 18 at the end of the month, has been in great form and, according to Head of Academy Coaching James McDonaugh, the recognition is fully deserved.
McDonaugh said: "I'm delighted for him. Alex has had a tough time off the pitch recently, but he has produced some excellent performances on it and improved on a weekly basis.
"Both Alex and Sam deserve the recognition and it's another positive that our Academy is not only producing first team players for Hibernian, but also Scotland youth internationalists."
