Hibernian Ladies stars Shannon Lynn (pictured) and Frankie Brown have been selected for Scotland Women's Euro 2013 play-off decider against Spain at Hampden on Saturday (20 October, kick off 2pm, free admission).
Scotland Women will make history by playing at Hampden for the first time on Saturday, and entry is free of charge. The second leg will be played in Madrid on Wednesday 24 October, with the winner securing a place at the finals of UEFA Women's Euro 2013 in Sweden next summer. If Scotland progress, they will make their first ever appearance at the finals of a major tournament.
Hibernian Ladies coach Willie Kirk welcomed the news and urged supporters to go through to the national stadium to cheer on the girls on Saturday.
Kirk said: "It's always good for your players to get international recognition and even more so when it's for a game of this magnitude.
"Hopefully they can both make a positive contribution in what could be a historical occasion for the country.
"If we qualify, it was also give our players that are on the fringes of the squad something to aim for with the finals in Sweden next Summer."
