The Hibernian Community Foundation opened the doors of the Hibernian Training Centre last Friday and played hosts to the opening fixture of the Schools Disability League.
Every year, six schools from across the Lothians get together four times to play a round-robin of fixtures and for the third year in a row the leagues opening day was played out at the workplace of our first team squad.
Defender Tim Clancy made a guest appearance and delivered a pep talk to the enthusiastic footballers before the action got underway.
Community Development Officer, Willie Kirk said: "We are keen to support the league in any way we can and to have the opening fixture here adds that little bit of magic to the day.
"Tim (Clancy) being here also makes it a special occasion for the players and his pre-match talk was appreciated by all involved."
