The Development Loan spells of Andrew Blake and Ben Stirling have been cancelled with Ladbrokes League Two clubs, Edinburgh City and Cowdenbeath.

Blake, 21, is a New Zealand youth internationalist and signed for the club in the summer. The right-back unfortunately sustained a long-term injury whilst on loan with Edinburgh City after making eight appearances for the side.

Stirling’s deal at Central Park has also been ended following agreement from all parties.

The 19-year-old played eight times for Cowdenbeath and scored once for the Fife club during his loan spell.

Ben has impressed in first-team training and the Development Squad this season, playing a pivotal role in the team as they performed well in the first half of the campaign and sit at the top of the table.

As a result, Ben will join up with the first-team squad for next week’s training camp in the Algarve in preparation for the second half of the campaign.
