A lifelong fan of Hibernian, target man Nish enjoyed a prolific goals-to-games ratio at the end of last season and struck the goals which took the club into Europe.
After scoring a hat-trick at Motherwell, he followed up that eye-catching feat with a further two goals in the final game of the campaign at Dundee United.
Formerly with Dunfermline and Kilmarnock, Nish is capable of holding the ball up and moved to Easter Road in January 2008.
