Following the recent update to Scotland’s coronavirus protocols, we can provide further clarification for supporters around the opening of our Clubstore.
As outlined here, the Clubstore will remain open for web orders only, at the moment.
Orders will be fulfilled and dispatched from the Clubstore on Mondays and Fridays each week.
Please note that, due to restrictions, ‘click and collect’ will no longer be available and all orders will be shipped via courier to delivery addresses.
Customers who have outstanding ‘click and collect’ orders will be contacted to confirm how they should proceed with these orders.
We understand that some of you may wish to return or exchange Christmas presents.
For now, the only this can be facilitated is via post. Goods should be sent back to:
Hibernian Direct, 12 Albion Place, Edinburgh EH7 5QG
Please include a covering note with details of your order number, contact information and whether you are looking for an exchange or refund.
Alternatively, the Christmas returns period will be extended until two weeks after restrictions are eased (currently the end of January) allowing for in-person transactions.
