Florian Kamberi has completed a permanent transfer to Swiss side St Gallen.

The 25-year-old striker moves for an undisclosed fee, with Hibernian holding an interest in any future switch.

Florian initially arrived at Easter Road on loan from Grasshoppers after a successful trial in January 2018, scoring 30 goals in 84 appearances for The Hibees. His time in Edinburgh coincided with a first senior international call-up for Albania.

The form of Christian Doidge limited his first-team opportunities around the halfway point of last season and he spent the remainder of the campaign on loan with Rangers, with Greg Docherty moving in the other direction on a temporary basis.

We wish Florian well for the future.
