Our Under-18s fell to a 2-1 defeat to Hamilton Academical in the Under-18 CAS Elite Youth League on Thursday evening.

It was a good game at New Douglas Park and the Hibees took the lead through Josh Landers, who returned for Darren McGregor after his involvement in the Hibs First Team. The 16-year-old striker finished excellently in the 24^th minute to give our youngsters the lead.

Hamilton came out strongly though in the second half and found an equaliser, which put our youngsters on the back-foot.

With just 20 minutes to go, the hosts then found a winner, which condemned our young side to defeat.
