THE LOWDOWN
We’re looking to get back to winning ways as quickly as possible following Saturday’s disappointing result away at Pittodrie to Aberdeen.
Following the result, we stayed in fifth place with 15 points. We are currently four points behind Celtic who sit in fourth.
Our opponents come into this came on the back of three league wins and one draw. The latest was 2-0 at home to St. Johnstone.
TEAM NEWS
There’s good news for Jack Ross as Ryan Porteous returns from his two-game suspension.

However, he will be without experienced centre-half Darren McGregor, who has a one game suspension after being sent off against Aberdeen.
There’s a couple of players that Ross and his medical team are watching closely after they picked up knocks on Saturday, otherwise it should be a similar squad.
That does mean, though, that Kyle Magennis is still struggling with a groin problem, whilst Christian Doidge, Melker Hallberg, Daniel Mackay and Sean Mackie have longer-term injuries.

THE VISITORS
Celtic currently sit one place above us in the cinch Premiership table after taking 19 points from their opening 10 matches.
They endured an indifferent start to the season, losing on the opening day to Hearts before beating Dundee and St Mirren 6-0 back-to-back.

All of Ange Postecoglou’s (above) domestic defeats as Celtic Manager have come away from home; they’ve lost three of their five league games this season.
The Bhoys also have the most comfortable goal difference in the league, scoring 23 goals so far this season and only conceding six.

Japanese international Kyogo Furuhashi and attacking midfielder David Turnbull have been their stand-out performers so far this campaign, bagging four goals each.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
The last time we faced Celtic was in the second phase of the Premiership which saw us draw 0-0 at home.
Our best chance of the game came through Darren McGregor. He met a set piece, but his header flew over the bar.

After the game Jack Ross told BBC Sport: “Of course we want to try and win the game, but we had a lot of players running on fumes in the latter stages of that game because they’ve not had a lot of game time.
“We had to be hard working and defensively sound, and we were.”
