
Following our season long Thank You NHS campaign in 2020/21, we are delighted to announced a special 'Thank You NHS' themed game against Motherwell on December 4 at Easter Road.
Last season we announced our intent and excitement at celebrating the heroic efforts of NHS staff and front line workers once safe to do so and we returned to full capacity.
Today, in conjunction with NHS Lothian’s official charity partner, Edinburgh & Lothians Health Foundation, we have released a special video highlighting the impact of our the partnership between the NHS and Hibernian.
Over the past 18 months we have raised over £42,000 through our work together which has been used to provide vital supplies to local hospitals in Edinburgh. provide vital support to staff at a time when they need it most.
We can now confirm our cinch Premiership fixture on December 4 against Motherwell will be NHS themed.
We are giving away hundreds of tickets to NHS Lothian so front line healthcare workers can watch the game for free. Those who are eligible will be notified in due course and told how to claim their ticket. Staff will be advised how to register for their ticket in due course with further instructions on how to then claim their ticket provided.
Nearer the time we will announce further thank you touches, including on the day donations and the chance to say thank you as a collective fan base both before or during the game.

“Our Thank You NHS campaign may have ended last season, as far as the messaging on our shirt, but our commitment to celebrate health care and front line workers is never ending.
“We are eternally grateful to the efforts of all those who have helped fight the pandemic. And as a community-orientated club we are delighted to offer free tickets to NHS Lothian staff so those who have worked so hard to fight the pandemic can enjoy a game with us.
“Nearer to the time, we will announce further ways our fans can thank NHS staff health care and front line workers both individually or collectively. We want to make the game against Motherwell a special and unique occasion and one that shows how truly thankful we are for all the NHS heroes."
