The Australian winger started the season in-fine form scoring from the penalty spot in a 3-2 win over Motherwell. Goals against Ross County, Dundee, and Livingston followed which means he bagged four goals in his first four league games.

That incredible start to the season made him the first Hibs player to score in our opening four games of a top-flight Scottish Premiership league season since Jim Scott in 1964/65!

It’s not just the cinch Premiership where Boyler has impressed; he scored three goals in our Europa Conference League matches and has contributed to six goals (four strikes and two assists) in seven appearances for Australia!

After returning from international duty with the Socceroos, the winger received his award and said: “I'm really proud to win the Player of the Month award, it means a lot to me.

"I've been working hard on the training pitch to help the team and I'm glad it's paid off.

"We have big ambitions as a football club and a big game ahead of Sunday, so all our focus is on that and hopefully I can continue to help the team."
