With fellow new signing Ailey Tebbett facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines due to injury, Kosińska has been brought to the club to provide both cover and competition with Benni Haaland for the starting goalkeeper spot.
Having most recently been on the books at Huddersfield Town, the young stopper has also spent time at Aston Villa, Stoke City and Birmingham City south of the border.

In her first interview with the club, our new number 12 said: “I’m very pleased and delighted to sign for Hibs. It’s a club with prospect and ambition. It feels great to be a part of this club but also it is a huge responsibility and I’m willing to work hard to live up to expectations that the club, staff and players set before start of the season.”
Dean Gibson also spoke about his latest signing, and gave an update on Tebbett’s injury, saying: “Unfortunately, we have lost Ailey for six to eight months due to an injury. This has meant we have had to go out and find another goalkeeper."
“At times, opportunities arise through other people’s misfortune - it was important we brought someone in who is capable of challenging to play and not just happy to sit on a bench. Daniela provides the perfect competitive edge that the group requires and, more importantly, to keep Benni on her toes.
“Dani has had good experience down south, her time at Aston Villa in particular.
“A huge thanks to the club and Chris Gaunt for acting quickly to allow us to bring her in.”
