As Christmas Eve fixtures return for the first time in six years there will be a lot of media attention on Scottish clubs over the festive period, which is why we have chosen this match to raise awareness for the campaign.
Every 90 minutes five households are made homeless in Scotland, so by joining the movement, we want to raise vital funds and awareness for those with no safe place to call home.
The current housing emergency is affecting more and more families across society. This winter, thousands of families will spend Christmas without a place to call home. They’re trapped in unfit, temporary accommodation like hostels, or sleeping in cars, on sofas or even on the streets.
