Ahead of our cinch Premiership match with Celtic on Sunday, Hibs veteran, Lewis Stevenson urged his team to build on back-to-back wins in the last couple of weeks and get another positive result against Celtic.
Speaking to Hibs TV ahead of the match Lewis emphasised how much the squad was looking forward to challenging the league leaders.
“There is a positive mood in the camp. The last couple of results has helped that. There is no better game to play in than against a team that is going for the title. In the league, they have been in good form and we have picked up our form recently so it should be a good game.
"A disappointment for us this season is that we have not done enough against the Old Firm in terms of results - hopefully that will change on Sunday.
“We are all looking forward to the challenge, we kept the ball well at Parkhead but we weren’t able to hurt them as much as we would have liked in the final third, but we have worked on that recently.
"Strange things happen in football - the Ross County game we probably didn’t play as well as we have done in previous matches but we ended up winning it 2-0.
"Hopefully these past couple of weeks are what kickstart our season again and we can get a good run of wins on the go."
We come into the match well-rested and off the back of a 2-0 victory against Ross County at Easter Road last weekend.
The visitors on the other hand, were in European action on Thursday night, where they were beaten 2-0 at the hands of Bodø/Glimt. Despite the quick turnaround, Stevenson expects a difficult challenge from Ange Postecoglou's side.
“They (Celtic) changed a few boys from their game on Thursday so I am sure they will be looking to bounce back. We know they will come out of the blocks fast, we know what to expect.
"They have some quality players who we need to keep quiet but we want to cause them problems and we just need to focus on ourselves."

The 34-year-old has been enjoying an impressive run of games in recent months, starting the last eight matches under Shaun Maloney - seven of which he captained the side, a responsibility Stevenson is relishing.
“ I am enjoying the responsibility - it is enjoyable when you win games. There have been times in the past when I am thinking ‘this could be my last game’ so I still just try and treat every game as if it's my last and give everything for the team."
