The 20-year-old midfielder, who joined signed for us permanently in the summer, will now form part of Shaun Maloney’s First Team plans as he returns to HTC after a successive development period.
Tait caught the headlines in the cinch Championship putting in a string of eye-catching performances for promotion-chasers Raith Rovers.
The young central midfielder, who likes to dictate the tempo of games and pull the strings from the middle of the park, has made 29 appearances this season, scoring two goals and setting up four in all competitions.
Alongside playing games for Raith over the last few months, Tait has also been working on the training pitches at HTC and with our performance staff to accelerate his development.
He will now work with Shaun Maloney and our First Team squad for the second half of the campaign.
On the return of Tait, our Manager said: “I’ve spoken with the Raith manager who spoke very highly about Dylan.
“He’s a young player with potential and I’m looking forward to working with him."
