This Thursday evening, Hibs Women face SWPL 2 side, Boroughmuir Thistle in our second pre-season friendly match. This fixture will be played behind closed doors at HTC.
Following a 6-0 victory over Aberdeen in our first pre-season friendly match, Dean Gibson’s side will be looking to continue winning ways on Thursday evening.
THE OPPOSITION
At the end of their 2021/22 campaign, Boroughmuir finished 3rd in the Parks Motor Group Scottish Women’s Premier League 2.
Boroughmuir faced Scottish Women's League One side, FC Edinburgh in their last match this was played behind closed doors at Meggetland.
TEAM NEWS
New summer signings, Nor Mustafa and Benni Haaland are available for selection after spending the past week training with the squad.
Unfortunately, Crystal Thomas, Liana Hinds, Eleni Giannou and Krystyna Freda are still in the process of finalising permits and will be unavailable for selection.
