The midfielder arrives in the Scottish capital after a spell at English FA Women's Championship side, Bristol City making 18 appearances as a Robin.

“I’m really excited to get going with Hibs ahead of the new season,” said Kuyken.
“I’m really grateful for the opportunity to play for a top team in the Scottish League and gain valuable experience at the senior level.”
I think it’s clear that it is an ambitious club, which I’m really excited to be a part of
Ava Kuyken
Kuyken made 27 appearances and scored one goal for the Florida Gators during her two-season collegiate soccer scholarship.
The former Arsenal Academy graduate made her first team debut for the Gunners in 2017 at the age of 16 in the FA Continental Cup. She made her WSL debut later that season against Liverpool in 2018 and she would go on to make 10 first team appearances for the North London side.
The 20-year-old has also represented her country, England. During her career Ava has represented the U15, U16, U17, U18 and U19 age groups.

On Kuyken’s arrival, Dean Gibson said: “Ava is a signing that excites us. She played a lot of games last season for a competitive side in a tough league. She’s a midfielder who will really add to what already is an exciting part of the pitch for us. Still only 20, it’s exciting to see how good she could become. She has had a good education coming through the Arsenal academy and made her debut for them at the age of 16.”
Ava is a real technical player, with good feet and vision. It really gives us a good mix of styles in the midfield.
