The Hibees travel to Celtic Park on Saturday (3pm kick-off) hoping to bounce back from a frustrating defeat at Tannadice on Tuesday night.
Despite enjoying the majority of possession and creating several clear-cut chances, we couldn't put the ball in the back of the net and our four-match winning streak came to an end, losing 1-0 on the night.
Speaking to Hibs TV during the week, Cadden admitted the team were disappointed not to get anything from the game but insists morale and confidence are still high ahead of this weekend's clash.
"We had a lot of chances to win the game, we could have won three games let alone one with the number of chances we had – as well as the disallowed goal.
"We were all disappointed not to take something from the game. The Gaffer is wanting more from us, there has been a couple of results where we feel we could’ve done better and Tuesday night was probably one of them.
“That is the mentality we have in the group at the moment, we wanted to make it five wins out of five and keep striving to get better.
"Unfortunately, we didn't do that but we have a good chance to go again against Celtic this weekend."
Hibs currently sit third in the cinch Premiership, two points ahead of St Mirren and five points behind Rangers in second spot.
Cadden insists the mentality within the team has changed this season and that the lads are demanding more of each other.

"We have started the season well, we are sitting in third but we all want more.
"There are still areas to improve on, the boys are still getting used to a new style of play and we are still learning more and more about each other as a group every day.
"We know Celtic Park is a tough place to go, but the boys are all looking forward to it.
"If we stick to our style of play and play the way we want to play then we are hopeful we can get something from the game.
“We will need to be on our A-game if we are going to get something from the game. But, we are going into it trying to win the game – that is the way we approach every game.
"We will go there to implement our style and to try and take as many points as we can."
