A first half penalty from Martin Boyle and strikes from Kuharevich and Ewan Henderson gave the Hibees a well-deserved victory at Easter Road.

The result moves us up to third in the cinch Premiership leapfrogging both St Mirren and Aberdeen.

Speaking to Hibs TV after the match, the Ukrainian striker shared his thoughts on the performance.

“I am very happy with that performance. We are all very happy to win the game and hopefully, we can go on a bit of a run again now.

“Every goal for me is important, especially when we win the game. That is the most important thing.”

Kuharevich has now scored back-to-back goals for the Hibees and is enjoying his time with the Club.

“I love scoring, I want to keep scoring of course but the main thing is to keep winning games.

“Every striker loves scoring goals. It is my job, I have to keep doing it and I am doing my best. We just need to keep trying to win every game."

Up next, Hibs face a trip to Pittodrie to play Aberdeen on Friday night, a fixture which Mykola is looking forward to.

“We know Aberdeen will be a difficult game. We will need to prepare properly for it during the week.

“We will go into that game full of confidence after today’s win and we are looking forward to it.”
