It’s been a whirlwind nine months for Martin Boyle who left Hibs with a heart-felt good-bye, moved out to Saudi Arabia in what was a life-changing move, to return to his beloved Hibees shortly after.

During that time, he had to adapt to a new culture, a new way of life, and helped Australia qualify for the World Cup.

For the first time since his return, Boyle lifts to lid on moving away from his homeland.

Not only this, but he also explains why he was still in his full Australia kit, including shinpads, at a swimming pool, the day after the Socceroos qualified for the World Cup.

The big question, though, how did that party compare to when Hibs won the Scottish Cup? Well, you’ll have to listen to find out.

There’s all this and much more on the 30-minute episode, which you can enjoy on Spotify or YouTube.
