Those changes come in the midfield and forward areas, with the Gaffer naming the same back four of Lewis Miller, Paul Hanlon, Will Fish and Lewis Stevenson in front of David Marshall in goal.
Jimmy Jeggo comes into the starting XI in the middle of midfield to partner Joe Newell and Dylan Levitt.
Jordan Obita and Christian Doidge also come into the starting team with Dylan Vente making his domestic debut for the Hibees this afternoon.
On the bench, Johnson has plenty of attacking options to choose from with Martin Boyle, Adam Le Fondre, Ewan Henderson and Elias Melkersen all named among the substitutes.
Youngsters Reuben McAllister and Kanayo Megwa are also named on the bench but Josh Campbell, Elie Youan and Jake Doyle-Hayes will all miss this afternoon’s match due to minor injuries.
Rocky Bushiri is serving the second of his two-match ban and is unavailable for selection.
