MacIntyre will join up with Marvin Bartley’s side for the full season, with a review of the loan in January.

The 18-year-old will join Kyle McClelland who is also on loan at the Doonhamers, as he looks to gain more regular First Team football opportunities.

The Hibs Academy graduate made his First Team debut in May 2021 and has gone on to make three competitive appearances so far for the Club.

This season, Oscar has featured predominantly for the Hibs Dev Squad and played the full 90 minutes in our Challenge Cup victories over Formartine United and Brechin City.

On MacIntyre’s loan move, Hibernian FC Academy Director, Gareth Evans commented: “This is an excellent move for Oscar and will give him good exposure to playing regular senior football at a competitive level.

“Everyone at the Club wishes Oscar the best of luck with the move and we look forward to watching him progress during his time at Queen of the South.”
