Most of those changes are in the back four, with Rory Whittaker, Paul Hanlon and Jordan Obita all returning to the starting XI.
Club Captain Paul Hanlon returns to the starting side for the first time since mid-October and will make his 554th appearance for the Hibees this afternoon. Both Jordan Obita and Rory Whittaker also return to the starting XI at fullback, with Lewis Stevenson dropping to the bench and Lewis Miller dropping out of the matchday squad.
In midfield, Joe Newell and Dylan Levitt keep their place in the middle of the pitch with Jair Tavares and Elie Youan on either flank.
The final change sees Dylan Vente return to the starting XI partnering Martin Boyle up-front.
On the bench, Montgomery has plenty of options to choose from with Christian Doidge, Jimmy Jeggo, Lewis Stevenson, Josh Campbell and Rocky Bushiri all named among the substitutes.
Rudi Molotnikov is also on the bench, however, Jake Doyle-Hayes, Harry McKirdy, Chris Cadden and Adam Le Fondre all miss out through injury.
