Lucy Parry and the rest of the Hibs Women squad face a Scottish Cup fifth round tie against East Fife. Parry insists the squad are determined to get to another final but insist East Fife will be no pushovers.
“We just want to put Thursday right. We want to get a good performance, get into the next round, and get another cup run. We want to get to a final again.”
‘We take every game as it comes, but we do want to be in the final. That’s where everyone gets their motivation.
“We’ve got a good run of games, we’ve had some good results, some disappointing but it’s important that we keep building on our performances and stick together.”
Parry insists that the fans are a massive help to the players and encourages anyone able to do so, to support the team on Sunday.
“I think they help us massively. We love their support, they’re all great. We want to get as many fans as we can and make them proud.”
