Helping her team into the quarter finals, Morrison was open about the way her team played, particularly in the first half
“I don’t think it was our best performance as a team today, but we got the goals to get the win, so that’s the most important thing and we’re in the hat for the next round.”
On her goal, Morrison said she remained composed when Katie Lockwood provided her with a golden opportunity to score.
“The cross came in, and Katie’s done well to head it back to me – which means it was just a simple tap in. A pretty easy goal for me.”
“You always want to be playing football, so it’s great to be on the team sheet and getting the goals."

With the international break meaning a short break, Hibs return to action on February 26th with a mammoth SWPL tie against Hearts. Our number 29 is excited at the prospect of lifting the Capital Cup at Tynecastle.
“It’s a big game. We’ve got two weeks to prepare with the international break so our focus turns to that match, and we’ll do everything we can to take the three points from it.”
On that match, Morrison was adamant that the added support of the fans would help her team to overcome their rivals.
“Their support is great. When we’re on the pitch we hear you and we appreciate it, so I think if we can get a decent crowd at Tynecastle that’ll help us on and get the three points.”
