Hibernian Football Club will be showing its support for Football v Homophobia this weekend when they take on Kilmarnock at Easter Road on Saturday, kick-off 3pm.
Lee Johnson’s men host Killie in the cinch Premiership and will be looking to stretch their unbeaten run in the league to six games.
A win could move the Hibees up to fourth spot in the table, making Saturday’s fixture a huge tie in the fight for European spots.
Ahead of the game, the Hibs players will wear warm-up tops to demonstrate their backing for Football v Homophobia, an organisation that works to challenge discrimination in football based on sexual orientation, gender identity and expression.
February is FvH Scotland’s Month of Action, and Hibernian are proud to play a part in their efforts. The Club will be showing support on social media across the gameweek, as well as at the game through Easter Road’s digital inventory.

The fixture is also being supported by Hibees Pride - an LGBTIQ+ supporters group.
Hibees Pride formed just over a year ago and have been an integral part in keeping Easter Road an inclusive place for all fans.

Ahead of this weekend’s FvH fixture, Julie Cuthbertson - Hibees Pride Co-ordinator - said: "We have worked alongside the Club and FvH in preparation for the Month of Action and are delighted that, together, we continue towards making Scottish football a welcoming experience for all.
"Everyone associated with the game should be able to do so without fear or experience of abuse or discrimination.
"It is fantastic that we have seen some really positive progress but so important to continue to raise awareness of the challenges that LGBTQ+ people still face in the game."

Kieran Power - Hibernian Supporter Liaison Officer - told hibernianfc.co.uk: “We believe in football without barriers. We will continue to create a safe environment at Easter Road.
"Through our actions, we want people to know that this is a club for them. Hibernian represents everyone."
Lee Johnson - Hibs Manager - also backed the introduction of a FvH fixture, saying: “The Club has done some great work with the Hibees Pride supporters’ group over the last year and the introduction of this game shows the further steps that are being taken to make football inclusive for everyone.
“We want to welcome all Hibs fans to Easter Road and create a safe environment for everyone to watch their team in action.”
