Pauline Hamill has named her Scotland Women's Under-19s squad for an upcoming training camp later this month in Edinburgh. She has included two Hibees in the group, Eilidh Adams and Rosie Livingstone. Adams is a regular in the setup however, it’s a first trip with the 19’s for Livingstone.
Speaking after her call-up Rosie said: “It’s always a great achievement to get any recognition nationally but is definitely a proud moment for myself and my family.”
“It was a great experience last year to be so involved within the U17 squad and to get recognised this year for the U19 squad is a big achievement for me. There is a lot of talent within the group of players chosen so to be a part of that is something I’m very grateful for.”
Eilidh also commented on her call up saying: “Anytime that I can go and represent my country is a proud moment for me and my family. I’ll go to the camp, enjoy it, and make the most of it.”
“It will be really nice to see everyone but also having Rosie there too is nice, she’s been unlucky with injuries that have prevented her from a call-up. I’m really happy for Rosie and proud of her too.”
