Shannon McGregor
The Hibs midfielder injured her knee during our SWPL match against Spartans on Sunday 22 January and had to be replaced as a result.
Following a scan and assessment, Shannon had to undergo some knee surgery which will rule her out until the end of the 22/23 season.
Rachael Boyle
The 31-year-old had to be stretchered off the pitch during our Scottish Cup fifth-round tie with East Fife after suffering a knee injury. After just 6 minutes on the pitch in her first start since returning to football from pregnancy.
After an MRI scan, we can confirm that Rachael suffered a rupture within the ACL and will receive surgery later this month.
Shannon and Rachael will continue to work closely with the Club’s medical department to ensure they both return to fitness as quickly as possible.
