Gareth Evans played over 300 games for the Hibees from the mid-80s to mid-90s and has always been a popular figure at Easter Road.
After hanging up his playing boots in 2004, Evans moved into coaching and rejoined the Hibees in 2007 for a four-year stint with the First Team.
Ventures at Livingston and Scotland Women’s U19 followed before Gareth returned to work within the Hibs Academy in 2018.
We caught up with the U18s Head Coach to discuss his coaching career so far, youth recruitment at Hibernian FC and his role in the development of future First Team players.
