On her 100th appearance for the club, Eilidh Adams captained Hibs and scored a hat-trick in a 7-0 victory against Dundee United in the Sky Sports Cup.
She spoke to Hibs TV after the match.
“It couldn’t have gone much better, it’s a really proud moment for me. As a team, it’s been a really good performance, we’re all really happy. Seven goals, and a clean sheet - doesn’t really get much better than that.”

The result puts Hibernian into the semi-finals of the cup, Adams said:
“We said before the game it doesn’t matter if we win 1-0 or 5-0, it was just about getting through to the next round. We’ve done that and we’ve done it in a good way. We’re absolutely delighted.”
Adams spoke on next Sunday’s Edinburgh derby at Easter Road:
“It’s always a special occasion for everyone, especially being a Hibs fan it makes it that extra special. Hopefully, we can get a good crowd along as well, but we know when it comes to an Edinburgh derby form goes out the window. It will be a very tough game, but hopefully we can turn up and put in a really good performance and get the win.”
Ahead of the match, Adams left a message for the supporters:
“Come out and support us if you can, the tickets are free. We really appreciate all your support so hopefully, we see you there!”
