The first of those changes comes in the back four, with Paul Hanlon returning to the starting XI. The Hibs captain starts alongside Will Fish at centre-back and is making his 550th appearance in Hibs green and white this afternoon.
Jordan Obita and Lewis Miller start on either flank with Jimmy Jeggo and Joe Newell occupying the middle of midfield.
The other change is in the forward areas with Adam Le Fondre coming back into the starting XI to partner Dylan Vente up front.
Both Elie Youan and Martin Boyle keep their place in the team and start on the wings.
On the bench, Montgomery has plenty of options to choose from with Christian Doidge, Josh Campbell, Jair Tavares and Dylan Levitt all named among the substitutes.
