We return to Easter Road on Saturday (6 April, 2024) to face St Johnstone in the cinch Premiership. Read the full match preview below!
THE LOWDOWN
With just two matches to go before the split, the Hibees know the importance of our upcoming fixture against the Saints.
Nick Montgomery’s side currently sit seventh in the Scottish top-flight just one point and one place behind Dundee.
Hibs do come into this, though, in good form, despite a defeat in their last outing. The Hibees have only lost one (3-1 defeat to Rangers at Ibrox) of their last seven cinch Premiership matches.
At Easter Road, Montgomery’s men have won their last three league games beating Dundee (2-1), Ross County (2-0), and Livingston (3-0).

One man looking to continue his fine form is Comoros international Myziane Maolida. The 25-year-old has scored in four consecutive cinch Premiership matches.
TEAM NEWS
Nick Montgomery will provide an update on the latest team news during his press conference on Friday afternoon.
Our Head Coach, however, was without Lewis Miller, Jake Doyle-Hayes, Dylan Vente, Luke Amos, and Josh Campbell for our trip to Ibrox last weekend.

Miller and Campbell have both been in elements of team training over the last couple of weeks, though, which gives them a chance of a return against St Johnstone.
THE VISITORS
St Johnstone currently sit 10th in the cinch Premiership – one point above the Relegation Play-Off position.
Craig Levein’s side come into this one off the back of a mixed run of form. The Saints were narrowly beaten by Dundee at McDiarmid Park last weekend and are looking for their first win in three games. Their last victory came on their travels as they beat Aberdeen 2-0 at Pittodrie at the end of February.
That win over the Dons was St Johnstone’s second away win of the campaign; both of those victories came in February 2024.
PREVIOUS MEETINGS
When the two sides met back in December, St Johnstone ran out 1-0 winners, in what was a disappointing performance from the Hibees. A solitary strike from Graham Carey saw Levein’s side take all three points.
The match at Easter Road back in September was a very different story, though, with Hibs putting in a dominant performance and comfortably winning 2-0. Goals from Lewis Miller and Dylan Vente sealed all three points that afternoon.

Tickets for the match are still available to purchase with prices starting from £12 for concessions and £24 for adults.
