The wee Hibees are back in action this weekend as they host Celtic at HTC on Friday afternoon.

The match kicks off at 3pm at HTC and supporters from both clubs are welcome to come and watch free of charge.

Darren McGregor’s side come into this one off the back of a 3-0 defeat to league leaders Kilmarnock last time out.

Several of the young Hibees were also in action for the Hibs Dev Squad in midweek with Rudi Molotnikov and Josh Landers on target in a 3-2 victory over Dunfermline at Ainslie Park in the cinch Reserve League.

The visitors, Celtic, come into the tie after back-to-back wins beating Hamilton (2-0) before overcoming Aberdeen (3-1) at Lennoxtown.

The last time the two sides met at HTC was back in August 2023, with goals from Dean Cleland (x2), Rudi Molotnikov (x2) and Harry Wright earning an emphatic 5-0 victory for the wee Hibees.
