THE LOWDOWN
Grant Scott's side host Aberdeen this Sunday (18 August) in our first home league game of the new season.
The girls kicked-off the 2024/25 campaign with a hard-fought victory over Partick Thistle at Lochburn Park.
Abbie Ferguson netted early on with a fine left-footed strike, before Tegan Bowie thrashed in Hibs' second after the interval.
Thistle pulled one back through Emma Lawton to set up a nervy ending, but the Hibees professionally rebuffed a late onslaught from the hosts to seal all three points.
THE VISITORS
Aberdeen come to Meadowbank following a deflating 11-0 home defeat last Sunday at the hands of Jo Potter's rampant Rangers.
The Dons finished last season in eighth-place on 40 points - a total that kept the club well clear of any relegation threat.
The Hibees bested this weekend's visitors in all three meeting between the side's last season.
Impressive 5-0 and 7-0 victories in the league were split up by a 6-2 Sky Sports Cup triumph in October.
HIBS KIDS
Sunday's match is the first-ever Hibernian Women’s Hibs Kids fixture! That means all Hibs Kids members will be able to come and watch the match free of charge.
In a brand-new initiative this season, all Hibs kids members will receive free tickets to four Hibernian FC Women’s matches throughout the 2024/25 season.
There will be plenty of activities taking place on matchday – including face-painting and balloon art delivered by ACE parties.
Youngsters can also put their own skills to the test with the ICON fast feet challenge or get a photo taken with our mascot, Sunshine!

For the match we are offering up one exclusive Captain’s mascot experience!
The mascot experiences includes unique changing room access pre-match, a full replica kit, a signed captain's armband and the opportunity to walk out onto the pitch with the Hibernian FC Captain.
Four complimentary tickets are also included in the package.

Kick-off for our first home game of the 2024/25 season is at 1pm on Sunday 18 August at Meadowbank Stadium.
General match tickets are now on sale and will be distributed as digital tickets only. Match tickets are priced at:
- Adults – £8
- Students –£5
- Over 65s – £4
- Under 18s – £4
- Under 13s – £4
