Midfielder Linzi Taylor signed for Hibernian earlier today! Here is a look at our newest recruit’s career so far.

Capable of playing across the midfield, Taylor is a versatile player, with plenty of experience in Scotland and Europe.

Linzi began her career at Celtic in 2011, making her debut that year and helped the team to a 4th place finish in the SWPL, one point behind Hibernian.

She then moved to the USA on a football scholarship at the University of Tennessee Southern, before returning to Scotland for a brief spell at Kilmarnock in 2017.

In 2018 – she moved to Israel to play for FC Ramat Hasharon, winning the Israeli Cup, before moving to the Cypriot First Divison with Lefkothea Nicosia later that year.

In 2021, Linzi signed for Icelandic side Vikingur, before returning to Scotland with Partick Thistle in the summer of 2022.

Across two years at the Glasgow club, she played 84 times and scored 13 goals, becoming a renowned set-piece specialist in the process.
