The Lowdown
The Dev Squad's most recent friendly versus Penicuik Athletic was abandoned following a head injury sustained by new recruit Jaden Riddell, who is now making a full recovery.
Away victories over Haddington Athletic and Berwick Rangers preceded the abandoned fixture versus the Cuikie, with the Hibees winning by three goals to two on both occassions.
The team could feature some of the talented Hibs youngsters that earned their first professional contracts with the Club earlier this week.
The Hosts
Whitehill Welfare currently compete in the East of Scotland First Division, finishing eighth in the division last season.
Just like the Dev Squad, the Midlothian club's last outing saw them take on Penicuik Athletic.
Kai Austin and Jamie Abrahams got the goals for the Welfare, who earned a solid 2-1 win against the Montgomery Park club.
