Grant Scott will only make a "few tweaks" to his Hibs Women side ahead of this weekend's Edinburgh Derby at Oriam.

The Hibees put in a strong performance on Wednesday evening as they earned a 2-0 victory over Motherwell at Meadowbank Stadium.

There were a bundle of missed opportunities to extend the scoreline further, but Scott is not overly concerned by such matters as he prepares for a trip to face Hearts this Sunday.

"We had a quick look back. There's no point in me screaming at them and going into too much detail at this point in the season.

"We've missed a few opportunities on Wednesday that, on another day, we execute better and maybe get an extra goal or two. I think it can be disrespectful to say that against your opponent, but there was clear evidence that we'd created opportunities.

"We've just got to do better, I think. In the games we've got coming, the chances will be harder to create. And we've just got to make sure that we're doing a wee bit better in those areas. But the players know. They know what they're supposed to do."

The games are coming thick and fast for Scott's side as they battle for the league title.

Despite the heavy match load, the Head Coach mentioned that he does not intend to overhaul the squad despite the lack of days in between matches this late on in the campaign.

"We have probably not had the contact time we'd like with the players, obviously. It's a quick turnaround from Wednesday."

"There won't be too many changes in how we approach it. A few tweaks here or there from the last time. We're ready to go at this point."

"At this point we have to make sure that we're utilising the squad as best we can. Managing players who might have minor niggles or just making sure that they're fit to play for the next game. So there's a bit of that, there's a bit of trying different things for sure.

"I think what we've done this season has been consistent, but it then probably makes us a little bit predictable for our opponents. So yeah, we're trying different things, making sure that we're keeping other teams guessing and trying to add that little bit of variety to our own play."
