Signing her first professional contract in the summer, Ellis had already established herself as an important figure in Hibernian before handling the official commitment to full-time football.
A player capable of playing anywhere in the midfield as well as at the back, Ellis’ flexibility is second to none. Her endurance and passing vision ensure that she’s been a mainstay in the matchday squads since her debut in 2016.
Since that point, Ellis has made over 150 appearances for Hibernian, received a standing ovation at Easter Road in front of a record-breaking crowd upon reaching the milestone, and won the club’s Player of the Year Award at the end of the 2021/22 season.
