Scott Ross joined the Club in 2022, working closely with the Hibernian FC Women's team and within the Hibernian FC Academy.

Ross was part of the coaching staff with Hibs Dev Squad during their UEFA Youth League run in Europe, alongside as Goalkeeping Coach for the Hibernian Women's team.

As Academy Goalkeeping Coach, Ross now works closely with the likes of Murray Johnson and Freddie Owens and oversees the goalkeeping programme within the Academy.
