Bio

‘Perseverance’

Staving off more than her fair share of injuries in recent years, Shannon has thankfully shown us that the time spend on the side-lines has only increased her drive and determination.

Scoring a terrific half volley to open the scoring against Montrose on our visit to Links Park, and scoring again in an 8-0 victory, Shannon’s dynamism knows no bounds. A low centre of gravity and a terrific eye for a defence splitting pass means she’s always at the epicentre of a move which tee’s us up well to us drive up the pitch.

Moving from her native Aberdeen as an 18-year-old, already with numerous youth caps for Scotland to back up her credentials, her cosmic character means she’s a favourite in and around the dressing room. Still only 24, there’s no doubt we’re still yet to see the best from our midfield maestro.
