Bio

With plenty of experience in the Scottish game, Stewart Hall remained as Hibs Women assistant coach following the return of Grant Scott as head coach.

A former youth footballer with Motherwell, Hall would go on to play in the SPFL with Dumbarton before combining his time playing in the junior leagues with coaching.

Hall led Kilmarnock to Scottish Women’s Premier League 2 promotion from the third tier during his four-year stint as head coach with the Ayrshire club.

Impressive spells as an assistant coach at both Motherwell and Partick Thistle followed, with Hall serving as interim manager at the former for the second half of the 2020/21 campaign.

Hall initially joined Hibernian Women in March 2023 as assistant coach to former boss Dean Gibson and stayed on when Grant Scott took over as head coach a few months later.

The Cleland-born coach played a vital role in Hibs Women’s historic 2024/25 Scottish Women’s Premier League title success, earning him a second league winners’ medal as a coach following his earlier success with Killie.

Hall also has been instrumental to the improvements made to our Academy set-up in his separate role as Head of Girls Performance Academy.
