Season Ticket FAQ's

By purchasing a Season Ticket fans can attend all home league fixtures of the 2023/24 campaign.

Season Tickets Holders can also take advantage of a range of benefits which include free tickets to one of our home pre-season friendlies, an invitation to an exclusive open training session at Easter Road, a 2022/23 photobook that includes the best of the imagery from last season and as well as exclusive discounts to use on hospitality, venue hire at Easter Road and food at the kiosks.

Buying online is the easiest and quickest option. Existing season ticket holders should log into their Hibernian online ticketing account and will find their seat on offer to them. All renewal information, including prices and details of their seat can be found under the ‘My Account’ tab. Happy with your seat? Simply complete the online booking.

Supporters will also receive a notification within their ‘My Account’ tab that will allow them to see and manage all season tickets they currently have and give them the ability to renew.

The Famous Five Lower is the home of our family section. It offers a safe and fun environment for families to enjoy their day at Easter Road.

The area is exclusively for family groups, and discounted family prices are available for U18 or U13 Season Ticket holders.

As a result, family groups need to purchase as one group when renewing or purchasing for the first time, with the purchase requiring a child or youth ticket within the group.

You can buy as a group through eTicketing’s My Network facility. To add new people to your network, use their client reference number and surname.

Your season ticket is valid for cinch Premiership matches only. Cup matches require an additional ticket purchase and we cannot guarantee that your usual seat will be available for home cup matches.

In such cases, an alternative seat will be offered to you. Subject to any limited capacity restrictions that are in place.

If you are an existing Season Ticket holder and would like to try and relocate your seat in the same price category (i.e. gold, silver or bronze) as your existing seat then please purchase your existing seat as normal and get in touch with the Ticket Hub prior to the seat release deadline via tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk. Please advise the team of your client reference and, if it is possible, where you would like to relocate to.

If you wish to move to a different price category (i.e. from bronze to silver) from your current seat then please contact the Ticket Hub at tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk in advance of your purchase and we will see what seats are available. Following this, Ticket Hub staff can then change your offer before you purchase. This is essential if you intend to use the Capital Credit Union finance option.

When seats are released, we will freeze the seats for a period of time and allow any possible existing Season Ticket holder relocations to take place.

There are no guarantees that the Ticket Hub will be able to relocate you to where you would like to sit, but will do their very best to accommodate as many requests as they can before Season Tickets go on general sale.

The singing section is a big part of the atmosphere at Easter Road Stadium and can be found at the East Stand in Section 45.

If you’d like to be in and around the singing section, the core group are based in rows AA and BB of Section 45 of the East Stand and there are spare seats in the surrounding areas.

If you have purchased a seat already and wish to move to join them, please email tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk and our ticketing team will be able to assist.

If you have not yet purchased and would like to be in or close to the singing section, you can purchase the nearest available seating.

Yes, you will be issued with a new Season Card for 23/24 Season.

These will be posted out to you from the start of June. Please ensure that your address on your account is correct. The system does not recognise '/' so please use either ',' or state your flat followed by the street number.

The Early Bird Season Ticket deadline was at 5pm on Friday 14 April.

If your wee Hibee is already an U13 Season Ticket Holder, a membership will cost just £15 for the year.

Student Season Tickets are available to all those in full-time education at a Higher or Further Education body.

To purchase your Season Ticket, we need to see proof of eligibility. If your matriculation card remains valid for the new season, you will be offered to renew at the student price. If we do not have this information, you will need to contact the Ticket Hub by emailing tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk with a copy of your matriculation card and the completed Student Declaration Form.

If you’ve not been issued with a card yet, we’ll ask you to sign a No Matriculation Card declaration form and show your card by 6 October 2023.
